We recently stayed at Villa Patrizia Selinunte in Marinella and had an exceptional experience. the villa itself is stunning, with beautiful gardens and a well-designed interior. Our group of 7 was comfortably accommodated in the six double bedrooms, each equipped with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony. the ground floor bedrooms were especially ideal for my elderly friend and sister, who had a foot injury. the highlight of our stay was the fabulous pool, which provided a refreshing escape from the July heat. We enjoyed dining poolside and also made use of the outdoor showers and separate bathroom. the villa's proximity to a great beach, including the nearby restaurant La Pineta, added to the convenience. Cons: Hard to think of anything 😊.

We absolutely loved it! The host was friendly and the property was clean and modern. The room had a balcony and a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed having a fridge in the room. Location-wise, the beach was just a short walk away and there was a nice restaurant on the beach. Plus, the privacy at the pool was great!

The neighborhood wasn't the best and the surroundings didn't look too appealing. We also found it a bit inconvenient that we had to inform the B&B of our arrival time in advance, as there was a chance no one would have been home otherwise.

What a gem this place is! The first thing that caught my eye was the immaculate cleanliness of the entire hotel. The room was simply delightful, with a stunning view and a comfortable bed that provided a restful night's sleep. I also loved the fact that there was a swimming pool on-site, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. The location couldn't be better, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood but still within walking distance of restaurants and cafes.

There were very few downsides to my stay, but one minor issue was the lack of a fridge in the room, which was unexpected based on the description. However, this didn't really impact my overall experience.

Villa Patrizia in Selinunte was definitely worth the money. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and cafes but still in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the pastries.

Always choose to stay at this wonderful place. Staff helped me when I needed to print tickets. Perfect for my needs with Wi-Fi, free parking, AC, TV. Great for activities like cycling, fishing, snorkeling. Beach access, solarium, cots, outdoor pool and luggage storage. Can't wait to come back this weekend.

Nothing to fault.

As a tourist, I loved the modern and tastefully furnished house with attention to detail. the room had convenient amenities like a fridge, kettle, and hairdryer. the balcony provided stunning sea views and a place to relax. the garden is well-maintained, and the pool is fantastic for unwinding after exploring the Archaeological Site. the air-conditioned room and powerful shower added to the comfort. the typical Sicilian buffet breakfast was plentiful and perfect for those with a sweet tooth.
